Murrieta is positioning itself to become an attractive option for business once the economy rebounds, Mayor Rick Gibbs said in the city's annual State of the Community address Monday.

"We believe a quicker rebound will happen for this area," Gibbs told a luncheon audience at Bear Creek Country .
